在學習如何控制住覺念時,因很容易看出別人的缺點,而又不能有生氣的念頭,但人之本性,就是會把看不順眼的事耿耿於懷,這也是所謂的對立現象,於是壓力和煩惱就會產生,故隨時要放鬆心情,視別人的缺點是其個性或遺傳或是家教失敗等所造成,應盡量設法引他改進。
What is Behavior

When learning how to control your behavior, you must learn not to get angry at other people’s fault. However, being annoyed by other people is just a part of human natures, this is so called confrontation, pressure and worries exist due to the fact that you can be irritated by other people. Therefore, you must learn how to relax and know that other people’s shortcomings or misbehaves are the result of his/her characteristics, inheriting personalities or failing family education, and help him/her to improve in this regard.
