因心念狀態已能隨時保持在沒有快樂、也沒有不快樂之間,即表示心念本身起的雜念已無法影響心念所保持的狀態,亦是說心念無論面對任何壓力,都已能逆來順受,確實面對而不受影響,所以心念就能保持在歡喜的境界,而心念面對壓力起初都會起煩躁或妄想,但因有意念協助引導之後,慢慢的就能平順的接受壓力的侵蝕而不為所動,故藉此互動情形,心念本身才可達到歡喜的境界,所以要控制住心念和增強心念的能力,必須要使心念確實面對壓力來源和將心念保持在沒有快樂、也沒有不快樂之間。
