在增強意念能力時,每天都過著極度驚慌失措、無依、無靠、無奈的日子,只能靠著不讓心愛的人或家人或信徒等擔心和不讓主公失望來苦撐,而這完全得靠自己承受當下痛楚的苦,若千萬人來面對此功課,又有幾人承受得住,且在學習的過程中,不僅自己要願意接受訓練,也還要為了別人,這樣才不會自以為是而走火入魔,所以要想控制住意念和增強意念能力,不是件簡單事。
