在此期間會產生自己想法忽左忽右、自己與自己對話、自己騙自己、緊張不安、大小便不正常、做惡夢、進食不正常等,故非常痛苦,此時,必須要求自己能吃能睡為原則,別讓繁亂之意念傷及肉身,依此原則,久而久之,意念功能定可增強,增強後在學習控制意念期間所發生的現象,亦會自然消失。增強後的意念可使肉身眼觀四面、耳聽八方,能輕鬆面對周遭的變化,且在極短的時間做出對策,此時意念已可使肉身八面玲瓏面對周遭變化,這時,表示意念能力已增強到足以讓覺知型態輕鬆指揮肉身應對周遭人事物的變化。
The Process of Training Your Thinking

In the process of training your thinking, you may experience constant change of thought, talking to yourself, lying to yourself, anxious, defecation disorder, nightmare, irregular eating, and so on, which may bring you an extremely hard time. Under this condition, the main principle is to be able to eat and sleep, and do not let the complex concept harm your mind and human body. By following this principle, the function of your concept may be reinforced in the long run. The phenomena you encounter when training your mind will extinguish after your concept is reinforced. A reinforced concept enables you to be all eyes and ears. You will be able to adapt to the changes around you, and solve problems easily. When you become all things to all men and adapt to the changes with ease, it means your concept is reinforced to the level that your sentient type can easily control your human body to deal with the changes around you.
