Most Flashpoint jobs let you make a bit of progress, leave, then come back later. Last Entry doesn't play like that at all. It's a one-run task, and if the trip goes bad, you're back at square one with less gear than before. That's why a lot of players go in overprepared, especially if they've already spent time farming ARC Raiders Coins for a better kit and don't want to throw it away on one sloppy push. Stella Montis is cramped, noisy, and full of bad angles, so the smart move is to keep your loadout practical. Bring something that handles close fights well, pack enough healing, and don't fill your bag with junk you won't use.

Finding the first clue

Your run really starts at the workstation near the Seed Vault entrance. It's outside the main vault door, down in those underground corridors where every sound seems louder than it should. Interact with the terminal and pick up the Researcher's Log. That part is easy, but it also feels like the point where the pressure kicks in. Hang around too long and you'll hear movement. Maybe Ticks, maybe another squad, maybe both. Once you've got the log, step into the small side room nearby. There's a set of hazmat suits in there, and that's where you'll find the Seed Vault Box Key. Don't overthink it, just grab it and move.

Powering the vault door

After that, the whole mission slows down for a minute because you need a Fuel Cell. No power, no access. That's the bit that trips people up, since the cell isn't always sitting right in front of you. You'll usually spot one in the surrounding hallways or somewhere closer to the Airshaft extract route. Once you find it, carry it straight back and slot it into the wall unit by the big rolling door. When the mechanism kicks in and the barrier opens, don't sprint inside like it's over. It's not. That opening tends to trigger instant trouble, and if your team isn't ready, the room turns into a mess fast.

Getting the document and keeping it safe

Inside the vault, expect resistance right away. Sentry Turrets can lock down lanes, and Ticks love making the whole fight more annoying than it needs to be. Clear what you can, then make space to use the Box Key on the seed deposit terminal. That's where the Official Shutdown Documentation is stored. The second you pick it up, protect it. If you've got a safe pocket augment, use it immediately. A lot of players get the item, relax for one second, then lose everything in the next corner fight. That's the real sting of this quest. The hard part isn't only reaching the vault. It's staying alive after you've got the proof in your bag.

Extraction under pressure

The last stretch is where nerves usually take over. Stella Montis doesn't give you much room to reset, and tight corners make every rotation risky. Shredders can appear at the wrong time, and enemy raiders know this route is valuable. Airshaft is still the most practical extract because it's close, but don't force it if the area sounds busy. Sometimes the best call is slowing down for ten seconds and listening. If you do make it out, head back to Speranza and turn everything in to Shani. It's one of those quests that feels rough while you're doing it, but great once it's off your list, and if you're the kind of player who likes keeping runs efficient, services like RSVSR are already familiar for helping with game currency and item support while you focus on surviving the mission itself.
