Where the Bybit Referral Code Goes: The Direct Answer

It goes in the "Invitation code / Referral code (optional)" field on the registration page. Fill it in before you submit the registration; if you arrive through the invitation link, it is filled in automatically.

Five Steps to Register on Bybit

1. Open the Bybit registration page from https://partner.bybit.com/b/WIN8 (opening the official registration page directly also works, but then you paste the code yourself)
2. Choose email or phone number and set a password
3. Confirm the code field says WIN8; if it is blank, paste it in manually
4. Enter the verification code to finish registering; the referral relationship is created at this moment
5. After KYC is approved, go back to the referral page to check the binding status

One Last Look Before Submitting

Confirm the domain is the official one, the field says WIN8, and the code is still there after refreshing the page. It is a four-second check that avoids a mistake you might not be able to fix afterwards.

FAQ

Is a Bybit referral code different from an invitation code?

No, it is the same field. Whether the page says invitation code, referral code or rebate code, entering it has the same effect.

Can I still add a Bybit referral code if I forgot?

Yes, within 14 days of registration, only for affiliate codes and only on a main account. Once added, it cannot be changed.

Where do I check that WIN8 is bound?

Open Bybit's referral or invitation page and see whether a referral relationship is shown. If you can see it, it is bound.

Does using a Bybit referral code cost extra?

No. The rebate comes out of the trading fee the platform charges anyway; you are never charged an additional amount.

Can Bybit new-user rewards be withdrawn directly?

In short: they are not cash. The 5,100 and 500 figures are upper limits, the official site does not itemize them, and what you actually get depends on how many tasks you complete.

How long does Bybit KYC take?

According to the official side: not stated. Bybit's referral and identity-verification help pages always return "This article is currently not supported on this site." in Taiwan, so this article does not repeat second-hand timings that cannot be traced to a source.
