Bolt台灣區總經理曾憲竑（圖／Bolt提供）多元計程車駕駛盼鬆綁「單一車隊」制度！Bolt發起並委託台灣趨勢研究公司進行最新調查，結果顯示，近九成台灣多元計程車駕駛支持修法鬆綁，盼未來可同時加入多個車隊或平台，增加接單彈性、提升收入穩定度。
本次調查於2026年3月至4月進行，共訪問500位與數位叫車平台合作的台灣駕駛。結果顯示，數位叫車平台已是不少駕駛的重要收入來源，64.6%受訪者表示，駕駛工作已是主要職業；另有41%表示，平台收入占家庭每月總收入超過75%。
調查也指出，超過七成受訪駕駛認為，透過數位叫車平台工作，有助提升家庭經濟穩定性。其中，「工作時間彈性」是多數駕駛投入平台工作的主因，79.2%受訪者將「可自由安排工作時間」列為最重要因素；另有高達93.6%受訪者表示，平台工作讓他們能自主決定工作時間與接單量。
針對現行「單一車隊」制度，調查顯示，89.6%駕駛希望未來能同時與多個車隊或平台合作，90%認為現行制度限制駕駛只能使用單一平台並不公平，87.4%支持修法開放駕駛加入多個車隊，85.8%則認為若可跨平台接單，將有助縮短乘客等候時間、提升整體服務品質。
在支持多平台合作的原因方面，駕駛普遍認為與收入穩定性高度相關。超過77%受訪者表示，多平台接單有助增加整體收入，74.2%認為，當單一平台需求較低時，可透過其他平台補足接單空缺。另有近89%駕駛表示，曾因所屬車隊派單量不足影響收入，85.4%認為現行規範限制自身收入成長空間。
Bolt台灣區總經理曾憲竑表示，調查結果反映出台灣駕駛高度重視工作彈性與收入機會，許多駕駛希望能更有效因應市場需求波動、兼顧家庭生計，同時保有自主安排工作的彈性。調查也顯示，駕駛普遍認為，若能提升跨平台合作彈性，除了有助收入穩定，也有機會進一步提升乘客叫車效率與服務品質。
