Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

根據報導，該獎學金的申請資格涵蓋廣泛，包括目前就讀於醫學預科課程的本科生，以及在經認證的醫學、脊骨神經醫學或自然療法學程中註冊的學生。申請者需提交一篇 700 至 1,000 字的原創文章，探討如何在未來十年內，透過整合傳統醫學實踐與替代性或整體照護方法，提升病患的治療成效。
Timothy Francis 醫師本身在脊骨神經醫學、應用肌動學及順勢療法領域擁有逾四十年的豐富經驗，並已發表超過 30 篇科學論文。他不僅是整合醫學的會員，亦是認證的傳統自然療法醫師。他期盼藉由這項獎學金減輕學生的經濟負擔，並激勵他們探索複雜健康問題的整合性解決方案，同時鼓勵未來的執業醫師將精神、營養及神經情緒基礎納入其治療實踐。
Horn antenna所有申請資料須於 2026 年 12 月 15 日前提交，而獎學金得主將於 2027 年 1 月 15 日揭曉。Timothy Francis 醫師目前仍持續活躍於臨床實踐與研究，透過教學與指導推動醫療照護的進步。
