Standard Gain Horn Antenna
Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

隨著年齡增長、產後變化及更年期荷爾蒙下降，許多女性開始出現陰道乾澀、灼熱刺痛、分泌物異常、反覆感染，甚至輕微尿失禁等私密處困擾。這些症狀不僅影響生活品質，也常被忽略未及時治療。
臺北市立聯合醫院中興院區婦產科主治醫師黃思于指出指出，上述症狀多與陰道黏膜變薄、彈性下降及局部微環境改變有關，臨床上統稱為「生殖泌尿道症候群（GSM）」，是更年期女性常見但容易被低估的健康問題。
GSM症候群常見症狀：不只乾澀還可能反覆感染
GSM主要表現包括：
陰道乾澀、灼熱或刺痛
分泌物異常
反覆陰道感染
Horn antenna性交不適或疼痛
輕微尿失禁
黃思于提醒，這些症狀若未處理，可能長期影響女性自信與生活品質。
陰道雷射治療成新選擇 非荷爾蒙、低侵入性
近年來，「陰道雷射治療」（如MonaLisa Touch）成為改善GSM的新興療法之一。其原理是透過二氧化碳飛梭雷射溫和刺激陰道黏膜，促進膠原蛋白新生與組織修復，進而改善乾澀與彈性下降問題。
黃思于說明，治療過程於門診進行，時間短且恢復快，多數患者僅有輕微溫熱感或震動感，術後日常生活幾乎不受影響。

一般建議：
每次治療約間隔4週
完整療程約3次
可逐步改善陰道組織狀態
適用族群包括更年期女性、產後輕度尿失禁患者，以及長期陰道乾澀或反覆感染者。
癌症治療後女性也可能受益
對於乳癌或婦科癌症患者，因接受化療、放療或抗荷爾蒙治療後，常出現嚴重陰道乾澀與性交疼痛，但部分患者不適合使用荷爾蒙治療。
在醫師評估下，陰道雷射可作為非荷爾蒙替代選項，有助改善局部健康並提升生活品質與親密關係。
黃思于強調，每位女性狀況不同，治療效果與適應症需由專業醫師評估後決定。若出現相關困擾，應及早就醫，透過合適治療改善不適，重拾生活品質與自信。
