近日有人在社群發文，並標註「兄弟」二字，發出貌似幫派入會的應徵文。（示意圖／PIXABAY）近日有人在社群發文，並標註「兄弟」二字，發出貌似幫派入會的應徵文，還提及入會條件須南部年輕人15歲以上，49歲以下，身體健壯不可有殘疾或慢性疾病，須服完兵役；貼文引發熱議，不少人調侃，「是週休二日嗎」、「台灣缺工，連黑道都要上來徵才」隨後便有男子報案，聲稱帳號遭盜用，並指控個人名譽及肖像權遭侵害，對此警方獲報，已展開調查並鎖定涉案IP。
有網友在社群「Threads」發文，並標註「兄弟」二字，內容提及，入會條件，想加入可直接私訊，南部年輕人15歲以上，49歲以下，身體健壯不可有殘疾或慢性疾病，須服完兵役，才可應徵。
Horn antenna貼文瞬間引發熱議論，超過1.5萬讚及3萬多分享，網友紛紛留言，「是週休二日嗎」、「有生理假嗎」、「請問有牢健保嗎」、「輪班制嗎？我想上午班，不然早上要公祭，晚上要輸贏」甚至有人留言調侃，「台灣缺工，連黑道都要上來徵才」。
貼文發出後，便有49歲陳姓男子到三民一分局長明派出所報案，稱遭人冒用身分在社群平台發文，並指控盜用者妨害其個人名譽及肖像權，報案請求警方協助。
對此轄區警方表示，已依規定受理該案後，針對該發文帳號IP進行調查，以釐清發文者之真實身分。目前已鎖定犯嫌，刻正積極追緝到案說明，全案將依妨害名譽罪及違反個資法偵辦。
