Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

勞動部轄下的職災重建中心昨日被媒體爆出職場霸凌事件。 （圖／資料照）勞動部轄下的職災重建中心昨（27）日被媒體爆出職場霸凌事件。一名女性員工指控，自己在懷孕期間遭前主管以言語及人際關係進行長達近一年的霸凌，甚至連請假申請也被刻意刁難，常拖延許久才核准，導致她在孕期承受巨大壓力，必須服用安眠藥、臥床休息。對此，勞動部回應，今年上半年人事改組之前，確實有發生霸凌申訴事件。當時重建中心已依規定召集外部專家組成委員會進行調查，並依調查結果採取後續處置。
以下是勞動部3點說明全文：
一、該案是發生於財團法人職業災害預防及重建中心（簡稱重建中心）在今年上半年人事改組之前，確實有發生霸凌申訴事件。當時重建中心即依照相關規定，召集外部專家擔任委員，進行相關案件調查，並依調查結果做出相關處置。
二、因為當時重建中心相關的管理爭議，所以勞動部在今年上半年，也進行重建中心相關主管的人事改組，希望重建中心可以在新管理團隊的帶領下，再次出發，矯正過去存在一些不好的風氣。
三、報載當時特定霸凌成立案件的當事人，在離職後控告當初該案的證人，外部委員及投訴人，勞動部不評論個案，但勞動部洪申翰部長已經請重建中心提供這些被告的人一切的法律協助。
