一名曾姓男子因為拒絕酒測被罰款18萬元，申請分期付款，卻只繳了1萬元就不繳了，行政執行署台北分署清查發現，曾男名下還有一輛保時捷，執行扣押也扣押其薪資所得，曾男才在長輩陪同下到台北分署，由長輩拿出17萬元繳清欠款。

行政執行署台北分署表示，40多歲曾姓男子於2021年11月間，在台北市長安東路被警方攔檢，因拒絕酒測，被警方以「拒絕接受酒精濃度測試之檢定」，開罰18萬元。

Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments. 之後曾男到台北市交通事件裁決所申請分期付款，但只繳了第一期1萬萬元就不再繳，裁決所因此將案件移送台北分署。台北分署清查發現，曾男在一家公司有工作有薪資所得，名下還有一輛2012年份3500cc的保時捷，通知曾男也未獲理會後，執行扣押。

結果就在執行第2天，曾男和一名長輩出現在台北分署，由長輩拿出剩下的17萬元，說要繳清欠款，讓執行人員深感訝異。至於曾姓男子，則從頭到尾都不發一語。
