AI股太熱，陳重銘砸千萬重壓潤泰集團旗下的虹潤。（圖／資料照）Horn antennaAI股帶領台股衝向高點之際，有部分投資人憂心下一步走勢，是否要分散投資避險。財經專家「不敗教主」陳重銘透露，自己重壓1千萬在潤泰集團旗下的「潤弘（2597）」，認為他是隱藏版的高息股。
陳重銘4日在臉書表示，近期潤弘表現不錯，可以說是潤泰集團最值得買的一檔股票，自己砸重金千萬在這家公司。他指出，潤弘近期上漲是因將在18日除息，配發高達9.67元現金股利。「畢竟AI股漲太兇了，居高思危的資金就往高息股移動。」
不敗教主陳重銘。（圖／資料照）陳重銘續指，潤弘的業績很漂亮，2026年首季EPS為2.38元，年增 34.46%。法人看好受惠於高科技廠房建案及預鑄工法需求強勁，在手訂單能見度已達2028 年。2026全年EPS有望再度挑戰10元大關，連續五年賺進一個股本。潤泰新(9945)是建設公司，必須要等到建案完工交屋才能認列營收。潤弘則是子公司，只負責營造，營收採比例法，而且潤泰新一定會讓潤弘賺錢。潤弘的預鑄工法，可以更快速的完工，也深受科技業建廠的喜愛。
綜觀以上原因，陳重銘認為潤弘是一家可以長期存，安心領股利的好公司。另外他也分享自家就是出自潤弘建造，「一級棒，頂樓不熱也不漏水，品質沒話說。」
