新竹市長、民進黨桃園市長參選人林智堅已經展開走訪桃園行程，繼昨日與桃園市長鄭文燦在大溪合體後，今（3）日兩人在龜山再度合體。對於有民調說，近5成民眾認為不應該選桃園，林智堅表示，「進了廚房就不怕熱」，相信選民最後的選舉結果。鄭文燦則透露，民調指出，林的領先幅度從3%、6.8%，到現在將近10%，不會受假民調影響。

林智堅今與鄭文燦先後來到桃園市林姓宗親會的活動現場，該會宣布成立「林智堅後援會」。林表示，對於宗長們對他的疼惜，他充滿感激，不管未來任何宗親、社團還是教育界或是產業界，都會一一安排，並拜訪大家，聆聽大家的聲音。

針對有民調指出，將近5成的人認為不應該來選桃園？林智堅說，這段期間，對手陣營試圖在他身上貼上各種標籤，不過「進了廚房就不怕熱」，相信選民最後的選舉結果，選民的支持才最重要。他有信心，在未來能得到桃園市民的肯定跟支持，當選桃園市長。

鄭文燦則說，選舉不是抹黑比賽，也不是假民調比賽，他在競選連任時，曾有媒體說他的民調僅有10%，他就說希望他們可以高興幾天。他說，林智堅來桃園後，民調做了3次，從領先3%到6.8%，到現在將近10%，代表有其凝聚力，只要一步一腳印，就不會被假民調、抹黑影響。
