庫頓尊哲雍仲尊者第五世
恆性嘉措大仁波且親臨主法，又恰逢阿彌陀佛聖誕，三天法會恭誦地藏經、阿彌陀經及普門品，將法會功德迴向給罹難者及受災者，祈願亡者往生淨土，生者堅強和樂。

元旦法會由凡人大師兄林朝陽帶來薩克斯風組曲，他表示自己是花蓮玉里人，一收到該會邀請就立即答應，除藉由自己的音樂撫慰災民的心，另一方面也是以一顆回娘家的心來樂藝供佛，雖然從台中開了五小時的車抵達光復，但也相當開心與大家見面!接下來由宜蘭南澳南強社區帶來的團體舞，平均80-90歲的社區長者一早搭乘火車來法會演出!最後由黃美綸老師帶來佛朗明哥舞蹈圓滿早上的表演節目。

法會開始由眾多貴賓恭迎主法上師恆性嘉措仁波且登法台，仁波且表示：今天是民國115年元旦，本會行動佛殿環島祈福曾於111年6月在光復鄉舉辦祈福法會，更住在光復鄉近一個月，此次光復鄉遭此災難，我們就在百日的時間來到光復鄉舉辦百日超薦法會，三天法會將恭誦多部經典，在最後一天舉辦戶外的觀音大悲感召加持法會，仰仗觀世音菩薩威神之力，佛力加被能讓參與法會信眾消災除障，宿疾頓消，福慧增長，圓滿願力，成就解脫。法會圓滿後，將舉行放生結行，邀請十方善信參加法會，皈依佛法僧三寶，修學如來正法，終身受用成就解脫。

當地貴賓也在元旦一早來到法會現場，光復鄉長林清水表示感謝本會回到光復舉辦百日法會，也希望仰仗佛力在地一切平安!鄉民代表會主席廖翊鈞感謝舉辦法會撫慰人心，也帶來愛心物資500箱泡麵幫助當地民眾，望所有鄉親能盡快回到原本生活!花蓮縣議會議長田國昌秘書代表議長致上感謝!傅崐萁委員葉佳興主任、光復鄉公所機要李天崴、大進村林正立村長、光豐地區農會張明發總幹事、花蓮榮服處陳靜如副處長等都一致祝福法會順利圓滿成功!特別從台北來到光復參加法會的海明寺住持明光法師，也祝禱國泰民安，世界和平，眾生光明吉祥。

三天法會中來自各地信眾、當地居民參加誦經法會，藉由誦經的功德力，佛菩薩的威神之力，加持迴向受災的六道眾生，更有一位林先生在水災中失去雙親到現在音訊全無!雖本人是教徒但也誠心祈求諸佛菩薩盡快找到雙親下落!三天法會感謝天韻薩克斯風樂團、沐木舞蹈藝術空間、芊音弦樂團、三腳貓薩克斯風樂團、奇來樂團、元極舞、陳盈融音樂老師等不辭辛勞來到光復樂藝供佛，以優美的音樂、舞蹈演出撫慰人心!呼籲大眾學習南無第三世多杰羌佛教法，有正確的知見，才能真正了知法義，諸惡莫作，眾善奉行。
