Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.

These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

孫德榮說，這1年多來他因為脊椎問題，站立無法超過3分鐘、坐下超過5分鐘就疼痛難耐，他決定7月18日動刀：「我要開上脊椎3節、下脊椎4節，醫生本來建議我分2次開，因為麻醉時間太長，風險很大，我說都住院了為何不一次開完，醫生考慮了5分鐘後還是答應我了。」

他坦言因為脊椎手術風險高，這1年多來他都不想面對，但生活已經到了「坐立難安」的地步，他選擇用樂觀心態看待：「命是上天給的，我從來不擔心，我的原則就是自己控制不了的事，就不要去擔心，一切就交給上天。」還好他身邊有一群子弟兵在照顧。他雖病痛纏身，仍不忘努力宣傳新書，看到新書登上排行榜冠軍，他笑說：「我的個性就是要做就做到第一。」為了頻道「喬傑立帝國」，他也請網紅彼得爸幫忙復原25年前的珍貴影像，「6月26日頻道開播，我會和羅志祥一起直播，內容包括喬傑立每個月的評比和幕後花絮，很值得珍藏」。
