  • （中央社記者陳政偉台北23日電）行政院長林全今天參加「全國工業團體領袖會議」，呼籲企業出席基本工資審議委員會，讓勞資對話，他強調，勞基法是最基本規範，也期盼企業給予超過勞基法標準。

    林全也指出，勞基法是最基本的規範，期盼企業給予超過勞基法的標準，他說，也有企業主說他的勞工不需要一週上班5天，4天也可以，他希望企業能改善勞工工作條件及生活品質。

    林全也表示，勞資能夠談成就不需要政府，政府會出面就是因為勞資不對等。社會要進步應該一步一步來，希望任何規範都能讓勞資雙方接受，政府來做當平?者的角色。
