為展現臺東縣在數位科技融入教學及社會情緒學習（SEL）推動上的實踐成果，教育處今（27）日於知本國中辦理「臺東第2屆課程教學交流會－全時支援輔導員公開授課活動，邀集全縣語文領域教師共同觀課、議課，透過兼具科技前瞻與情感溫度的公開授課，具體展現專業引領能力。

交流會由國語文全時支援輔導員陳式寧老師與英語文全時支援輔導員邱奕曉老師分別示範七年級課程，將「自我覺察」、「科技融入」等教育新興議題自然結合於日常課堂之中，為現場教師帶來深具啟發性的教學實踐。

在國語文課程中，陳式寧老師以七年級經典文本《五柳先生傳》為主題，突破傳統文本講述模式，深度融入SEL-自我覺察核心精神。課程中透過「人物分析」引導學生由文本理解進一步連結自身經驗，並運用「Check In人格特質卡」作為語彙鷹架，協助青春期學生從「自我感受」與「他人眼中的自己」雙向視角辨識個人特質，進而理解陶淵明面對困境時所展現的自我接納與精神韌性，培養正向自我認同與成長型思維。

英語文課程則由邱奕曉老師示範如何將抽象的過去式文法（was／were）轉化為具體且富有互動感的學習歷程，透過時間軸協助學生具象化時態概念，有效降低學習負荷；同時結合Gemini AI生成「Now and Then（今昔對比）」圖像，並透過Padlet進行口說錄音、成果分享與互動回饋，讓數位科技成為學生表達與溝通的媒介。

公開授課結束後，全體教師移至視聽教室，特別邀請萬華國中藍淑珠教師、鹿野國中林彥仲主任、青溪國中許綉敏教師及長濱國中黃紹娥校長等領域專家共同參與，為討論交流注入豐沛的專業對話能量。與會教師紛紛表示兩堂課程兼具教學創新與素養深度，將抽象生硬的課文變得生動且充滿參與感，為現場教師提供豐富且具體的教學參考。

縣府教育處長蔡美瑤表示，此次交流會不僅展現全時支援輔導員在課程研發與教學專業上的領航能量，更彰顯臺東教育積極回應未來趨勢，持續深化科技教育與情緒韌性培養的成果。透過公開授課與專業對話，讓教師彼此交流、共學共好，進一步提升學生核心素養與自主學習能力。

方志友爆婚變疑雲後，今天首度公開露面，雖然嘴上說「一切如常」，但許多細節意在言外。出道17年的她，也公布新身分：「我是方董。」原來現在已是「自由意志人生有限公司」董事長，結婚11年的老公楊銘威並未投資。
