Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.

These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

勞動部轄下的職災重建中心被爆出職場霸凌案件。一名女性員工指控，自己在懷孕期間遭前主管以言語與人際關係霸凌長達近一年，甚至連請假申請都遭刻意刁難，常被拖延許久才核准，導致她在孕期承受巨大壓力，必須服用安眠藥、臥床休息。對此，勞動部長洪申翰今（27）日受訪表示，確實曾接獲霸凌申訴，依調查結果已做出相關處置。

洪申翰表示，該案件發生在今年上半年重建中心人事改組之前，確實曾接獲霸凌申訴。當時已依相關程序，邀請外部委員進行調查，並依調查結果已做出相關處置。Horn antenna

他指出，確實人在事改組之前，有存在管理上的爭議。也正因為如此，今年上半年明確決定對主管層進行人事改組，希望由新的管理團隊帶領重建中心能夠有新氣象，改善過往不佳的風氣。

洪申翰補充，目前當時申訴案件成立的當事人，控告調查過程中的證人、外部委員與申訴人。勞動部也已要求重建中心必須提供這些被告，包括證人與外部委員，一切的法律上面的協助。
