不時地捉弄 Alvah, 玩 hide and seek。 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Couple years ago, happened to find an expedition book, named "North to the Night", in the local public library. The story line and main characters in the book, now, turn into a blurry image, but this months old calico kitten. The author Alvah and his wife Diana purchase in the market of Halifax port, Canada, before departing to North Pole for the purpose of the bed warmer and polar bear detector, then name her Halifax. After a year stay with Alvah in the North Pole, the wild mischievous cat Halifax grows and becomes an expeditioner herself with the disposition of curiosity, coolness, wits, courage, endurance. It's SO impressive. In this expedition with Alvah, Halifax is really something. |
