大選正式開跑！中選會昨公告第14任總統、副總統候選人名單，今天起正式進入法定競選期。中選會強調，1月16日選舉當日禁止任何競、助選活動，包括透過臉書、LINE等工具「催票」，否則將開罰50萬元以上、500萬元以下罰鍰；若以上屆大選為例，總統馬英九就因為當日更新「台灣加油讚」臉書訊息遭罰50萬元。

本次總統候選人計有國民黨朱立倫及王如玄、民進黨蔡英文及陳建仁、親民黨宋楚瑜及徐欣瑩等3組；本次總統競選活動期間自12月19日至明年1月15日止，每日競選活動自上午7時起至下午10時。

對於投票日當天的助選行為，中選會法政處長賴錦珖表示，最常見的裁罰案例是在投開票所外「拉票」，或是用臉書、簡訊大量轉載助選言論。至於在投開票所外「臉書打卡」是否違法，賴錦珖指出，若是大規模、組織性、有計畫性的行為將被視為助選行為。

不過，賴錦珖也說，若只是好友及家人之間傳LINE或在臉書上留言，少數人之間不構成競、助選；投票當日原本在網路上的廣告，若沒有更動或更新，也不構成助選、競選活動。

中選會主委劉義周並提醒，各政黨及任何人即日起至投票日10天前，有關候選人或選舉民調發布，應載明負責調查單位或主持人、辦理時間、抽樣方式、母體及樣本數、經費來源及誤差值等。投票日前10天至投票時間截止前，任何形式民調均不得發布，否則將開罰50萬元以上、500萬元以下罰鍰，以防堵不實民調誤導選民。

總統大選進入法定競選期，國安局昨表示，為確保國家安全及社會安定，國安局已於16日邀集國安團隊及檢察機關首長召開安維協調會議，針對黑道、暴力介入、賄選等議題，加強檢警調協調合作，以確保選舉活動順利。
