（中央社記者謝佳珍台北24日電）美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）明天與中國大陸領導人習近平會面，外交部次長令狐榮達今天表示，外交部組專案小組因應，應不會超出預期。

令狐榮達中午在外交部受訪表示，外交部相當重視「歐習會」，組專案小組因應，也請相關外館成立專案小組因應、蒐集資訊。

他說，這兩天美方高層重申對台灣關係法的承諾，就是美國政策不變。政府也向美方傳遞訊息，政府關切雙方交往不能傷害台灣利益，希望重申台灣關係法、六項保證；事前、事後雙方在華府與在台北都有密切聯繫。

曾任外交部北美司長的令狐榮達表示，這麼多年觀察，台美這幾年關係緊密友好，是重要的安全及經濟夥伴，應不是口頭講講而已。

他說，台美關係持續發展、緊密友好，美國有很大的利益要與中國大陸交往，交往當中，美國這麼多年來有一定的「一個中國」政策，不會隨便偏離。

令狐榮達表示，應不會有什麼太意外的事，外交部會密切注意，適時透過管道表達關切。1040924
