川普26日在推特上的這則推文是聯合國安全理事會表決通過關於屯墾決議案後的首次評論。安理會在23日通過決議案，譴責以色列在佔領區約旦河西岸(West Bank)和東耶路撒冷(east Jerusalem)為非法行動，要求立即停止。

川普26日進一步在推特上評論指出，聯合國應該有「很大的潛能」，但卻變成「讓人聚在一起、聊天、玩樂的俱樂部。「很不好」。
