（中央社華盛頓29日綜合外電報導）根據新聞媒體，美國印第安納州州長彭斯（Mike Pence）今天趕在下週印州總統初選前，出面力挺共和黨參選人克魯茲（TedCruz）。

彭斯說克魯茲為「有原則的保守派人士」，表現出已故前總統雷根（Ronald Reagan）的思想。

在宣布支持克魯茲的決定時，彭斯也讚揚共和黨態勢領先的川普（Donald Trump）。
