（中央社記者葉素萍專機24日電）總統蔡英文今天搭華航專機出訪巴拿馬和巴拉圭，餐點由20年經驗、服務過扁、馬等前總統的主廚李其傳準備。李其傳說，飛機餐吃起來像現做一樣，讓總統很驚訝，兩人還聊起廚藝。

蔡總統今天展開上任後首度出訪行程，24日到7月2日搭中華航空專機，出訪友邦巴拿馬和巴拉圭，去程過境美國邁阿密，回程過境美國洛杉磯，全程9天8夜。

這一趟出訪行程，飛機餐由華膳空廚主廚李其傳負責，他在專機上接受訪問時透露，蔡總統出訪的第一餐，主餐包括，松露炒蛋、白蘆筍佐美國菲力、牛肝蕈雞肉捲麵、繽紛明蝦球佐翠玉菜飯；下一場的點心牛肉麵則是巴拿馬的牛肉。

李其傳透露，剛才跟蔡總統聊了一下，總統自己也喜歡作菜，只是現在比較沒時間，總統跟他說，第一次吃到飛機餐與現做出來的一樣，讓她很驚訝，兩人談了20多分鐘，「相互切磋作菜技巧」。

他說，由於時間比較倉促一點，直到前天都還在試菜，這次出訪行程

有20年經驗的李其傳，曾服務過前總統陳水扁、馬英九的專機。媒體好奇，扁的口味，他說「太多年了，都忘記了」；至於馬英九則是「你準備什麼，他都吃」，馬英九最喜歡小魚干辣椒。

李其傳說，蔡總統喜歡蔬食，飲食偏好重口味，總統還跟他說，現在當總統比較忙、沒時間下廚，不然她喜歡自己作菜。1050624
