Dear Happiness,
Your recipe for happiness is so great for my mind and my whole soul.
But I will add some dessert such as practice Zen everyday.
Appreciate your sharing of the great recipe for the mind and soul.Wow, impressive. "Zen". Actually, I know very little about " Zen" since I only read some fable-like zen stories which are very inspiring.
That will be cool to practice zen since I can sense that you have a peaceful mind and thoughtful and gentle manner whenever you respond toward your readers.
