市場傳出川普團隊考慮針對進口貨品提升關稅，導致有許多美國大客戶的電聲廠美律昨受到三大法人擴大賣超力道，股價明顯回落，重挫4.45％。另外股王大立光、國巨、光寶科、譜瑞-KY與新普等同步遭外資調節，跌幅都在1％以上。
台股從前波高點9,430點一路回跌至9,0784點，修正幅度逾300點，較全球股市表現偏弱。台新投信董事長吳火生分析，主要是受川普政策與美元強勢兩大因素影響，由於川普政策主打「保護主義」，並以減稅來吸引企業回流美國，對於財政支出將造成極大負擔，因此一定會推出其他配套措施來減少赤字提增，增加進口關稅就可能是方案之一，加上台灣對貿易依賴程度高，相對來說會有較大影響。

元大投顧資深副總杜富蓉表示，台灣上市櫃企業中，銷美比重較高的多為消費3C電子產品，因此像蘋概股可能受傷的幅度會比較明顯，若美國真的決議調高進口關稅，勢必會影響台廠出貨與營收，致使消息一出後，股價就配合外資連日調節趨勢，再度回檔修正。
不過，若從短期來看，下周外資放假過耶誕，預期台股賣壓將會減輕，待消息面的預期心理反應完畢後，有機會出現小幅反彈，蘋果在明年初可望推出新iPad，對於相關蘋概族群仍陸續會有拉抬效果。

雖然距離川普上任還剩有將近1個月時間，不過市場已傳出美國擬調高進口關稅，以保護當地製造業，打響「美國優先」的第一槍，導致台股中以銷美為主要出口導向的消費3C、蘋概族群，昨（23）日再遭市場賣壓襲擊，普遍走跌。
