列席的郭芳煜表示，只要符合大解法的規定，當台北市勞動局報上來，勞動部就會馬上處理，但目前根據台北市勞動局指出，現在興航積欠的金額還沒有到法律規定的標準，不過若等到下個月，興航還是發不出薪水，那金額就到了。

對此，國民黨立法院黨團首席副書記長王育敏今天在立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會質詢表示，依據大量解僱勞工保護法規定，勞動部應該要偕同相關部會，限制興航代表人出境。
