（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北3日電）新北市政府委託律師代表八仙樂園塵爆被害人向士林地院聲請對八仙等業者假扣押1億6900萬元獲准。但八仙樂園今隨即提起抗告。

新北市政府委任律師李永裕得知八仙樂園提起抗告後，受訪表示，「八仙樂園根本不想賠錢，也不想負責，才會對假扣押裁定提抗告。」、「八仙才不擔心輿論壓力，只是怕假扣押拖垮公司財務罷了」。

新北市政府委託律師代表被害人對八仙樂園、玩色創意國際公司及瑞博國際整合行銷公司，提出假扣押新台幣1億6900萬元，昨天獲士林地院裁准，13名被害人共應提出1690萬元擔保金或由市府出具證明作為擔保。
