（中央社記者胡立宗台北22日電）行政院陸委會、大陸國台辦之間的「兩岸事務首長會議」明天下午展開，雙方預料就陸客中轉、金門供水問題達成共識，另就核廢料處理達成架構安排。

按照行政院大陸委員會所公布的行程，陸委會主委夏立言將在上午抵達金門，大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室主任張志軍則在下午搭船由金門水頭碼頭抵達，雙方預計下午3時於昇恆昌金湖大飯店展開「夏張會」。

至於雙方會談過程與結論，陸方預計下午5時30分對外說明，陸委會則排定6時另場說明。會談雙方預定晚間7時參加歡迎晚宴。

夏立言預計24日上午返台，由副主委林祖嘉全程陪同張志軍參觀金門各地。張志軍預計訪問田埔水庫、金門酒廠、貢糖與鋼刀店家，並與金門縣長、民眾和陸配、金門業者代表會面，下午5時30分離開金門。1040522
