（中央社記者蔡怡杼台北24日電）英國確定脫歐，中華經濟研究院第一所所長劉孟俊憂慮，全球不景氣可能再走一段時間，對台灣經濟形成壓力，今年經濟成長率保1的機率將更低一點。

英國公投結果出爐脫歐派勝出，劉孟俊表示，英國與台灣間的貿易占比不高，從實質貿易層面來說，對台灣出口影響有限。

不過，劉孟俊指出，由於全球景氣處於掙扎中，好不容易歐盟目前復甦力道平穩，英國脫歐不僅會造成英國經濟往下走，甚至亦將不利歐盟經濟。

他說，全球經濟會有再往下走的壓力，不景氣可能再走一段時間，台灣今年經濟成長率保1的機率將更低一些。

金融市場已陸續反映英國公投成功脫歐，劉孟俊認為，不僅英鎊將持續下墜，亦將延緩美國升息動能，聯準會升息時程可能延後到冬天。

同時，他也表示，英國脫歐成功恐有示範效果，如希臘、義大利等發言權較低、較不受重視以及被歐盟要求紀律重整的國家，都可能出現脫離歐盟的動作。

此外，劉孟俊點出向來區域經濟整合成員都是有增無減的，如今英國脫歐成為和平拆夥的先例，可以觀察英國脫歐是否將對個別經濟整合產生影響。1050624
