I have been waiting for total bill some where around $4~5,000 from
my pocket.

That is good to be an American citizen. Other wise I do not think that
I would be able to foot the total bill in amount of $60,000 in cash.
On the 2nd thought I am feeling lucky that I did not cost Uncle Sam
2million to have had brain operation 2 times like Glen Amundson.
The medical expenses is really costly.
