沈先生 will let Wang play the leading
role, definitely.
I think the appointment of 王鋼砲加孤鳥
期待射貪官 to our 監察院
is commendable. However, 沈先生 as 副院長
is far short of people's expectation due to
沈先生當時提出模糊不清的「四可能說」
的迴避說法. The good point is that if 鋼砲 is officially
in power and control I doubt he will
be easily influenced by 監察院副院長。
Besides 王鋼砲 knows the role designed
by Dr. Sun Yet-shen which empower his
individual right even if he choose to
challenge the President if he insists to.
As for 沈先生, he knows his weak point
of personal charactor and due to his
previous bad record of being "A good
Guy", he probably will keep his mouth
shut in case of importance.

A real story happened here to learn what you are.
A cop was called for settling the dispute between guest and
motel owner.
" Well, I heard his side of story. He wanted a full refund of
his money on account of your bad attitudes. What your side
of story?"
" I cooperated fully and wrote the receipt he wanted but rather
late. He checked in in the morning and its 8 hours and he demanded
a full refund and I simply can't."
"Your guest said that they did not use your services and room"
cop was pursuant to find a compromising from my side.
"Sir, it is not proper for you to say that. I invited them to inspect
the room before paying. Its our policy that you paid the room its
your room for the day. I have no right to ask what you do or what you did
not do in that room. Its done deal, and no refund."
"I know this is a civil case. I have no right to tell you how you are
going to handle your business. I will make sure to make guest to
either stay or leave here quietly without any dispute. I am just trying
to do my job."
"Yes. Sir, you have done your job well. There are a lot of free-loader
out there to get a free ride. It would not happen here in my place." 監察院院長 is paid to do his job within all his capacity and power.
監察院院長 is not supposed to get by without job done. Any one
who failed in doing his job must be ashamed of himself and is not
worth the money what people (tax payer) has paid him for.

fighting for in our life? The principle
of distinguishing "Right and wrong".
Could not imagine what letting 沈富雄
seat 2nd to Wang and do nothing to
fooling around but drawing a handsome
salary for the next year, then in time
of big scandal coming up with his four
possibilities?! I would definitely cast
a "NO" vote if I were one of the
legislators.
As for 邱毅's dual capacities both in
Legislative Yuan and big mouth in 2100,
there is no problem with the question
of "Conflict of Interests". I have seen
lots of American Senator and Representative
expressing their view on FOX CNN
ABC and you name it. Only on CNBC when
you are invited to have a view on the
individual stock you have to disclose
whether you own that stock or not and
its required by law. Correct me if I am
