Your worry is groundless. there is none  so far
having interests in my property.
My reply to your worry is simple. Before sales is committed, there is
the term of disclosure with all the information providing
to the buyer prior to signing the contract. Buyer is suggested to
consult Mariposa county planning Dept for all the information they want to know.
What I put in my website its the potential of the property. America is a free country.
We do not need censorship here. When you apply a commercial resort zoning you
can do what ever the regulation permit with regards to commercial using.
what I wanted to say is, if it were a wedding chapel would it be against law?
Is it misleading if I did not submit my Ads for your screening for approval?
Governor even appeared in TV advertising in promoting the vote for Indian Gaming.
What's more, I have had all the records and evidences which indicates that  
there is a possible discrimination case against
me from Mariposa Planning Department. Since 2003 I applied the rezoning
and in two years the case was rejected through my agent Barry. I have had files
evidenced enough (including your department approval of all commercial zoning
of Bug Hostel Bear Creek Cabin Pacific Bond School and KOA all commercial zoned 
in the distant area .They are all officially resort commercially zoned. Do you know
what year the Muir Lodge motel registered? 1957. It was the oldest registered
commercial business in this neighbourhood. If your office agencies personnel are not
dis criminally minded, tell me then what is in your mind? BTW I came across and
witnessed the neighbour were digging a hug septic tank right behind the coffee
shop building less 50~100 from the creek. Were they legally permitted in
the present standard or you people took law in your own hand and permitted
the installment?). 
Are you encouraging me to file the Federal civil law-suit and/or misconduct
of your office?
I have had my blog revealing in this issue I presume that FBI agent like you might
come across the article just like you reading those file and evidences. 
I appreciate your kindness in telling me what is allowed what is not.
As for the wording of "misleading"會嚴重誤導, that is subject to judge's ruling if I were
suited and I am sorry to say that your "labelling"會嚴重誤導 is out of your line.
I think that you in your official capacity sending the e-mail have already
constituted the interfering of the 1st Amendment of American Constitution
protecting people from government harassment.
You are doing a job which belongs to a Court judge.
Your  position as a planning technician is just executing the ordnance
in accordance with the regulation and law, not taking the law into your own
hand. In addition, any Google's Adwords had been screened for possible litigation
and my AdWords has been in the framework allowed by law. Therefore, you are 
not in a position  to send me an alert letter interpreting it. You are policing the
contents of my work.
Are you trying to be an Internet cop policing what they said in the blog and
patrolling the website? Why not send this kind of letter to Google just because
I am a small fish?  Any one who has a plan to be submitted to
your office is subject to a review in accordance with law and regulation. 
Otherwise, you are considered an official "Abusing Power".
Your e-mail will serve as an evidence of that nature.
Again, I welcome any interested party in my property. I am glad
that you provide me with useful information which might help me adjust
accordingly. In the mean time, please pass the this e-mail to the Supervisor
concerned I would like to know what they have in mind.

get your property rezoned quickly."
"Pay-off, that is a bribe! My conscience will not allow it,
unless Over my dead body!"

 The Planning Department recently came across your Internet ad to sell your property.  We certainly wish you the best of luck in your endeavor; however, we feel that your representation of your property's potential based on today's land use designation and zoning could cause you problems, should someone purchase it based on inaccurate information. 

 In reviewing the details of your property, I find that it is split zoned. Your property is zoned partially in Mountain Home, 5 acre minimum and partially in Mountain Preserve, which is 160 acre minimum.  It is not in the Resort Commercial zone and does not allow for an Indian Gaming Casino.  As a matter of fact, your existing motel is a non-conforming use, which does allow for continued use and maintenance of the existing motel development, but limits expansion.

Additionally, the arrow, which points to an area you show for a Casino site, is actually an existing sewage pond, according to the Environmental Health Department.  Although, that sewage pond would not be allowed by today's standards, it is grandfathered in and is not available as a building site.

I am sure that you would not intentionally mislead anyone and this email is offered in that spirit.

 Again, I do wish you every good fortune in your attempt to consummate a sale.
