I have been trying to joint the "Rich" club.
Don't get me wrong.
Every body wants to be rich.
But not many people can reach the target, the target of top
5% in financial level.
I am an ordinary man and I don't think I can reach that "rich"
target in any way soon.

What I want to accomplish is another kind of "Rich".
Most of my good friends, if not all, are already "rich" in my
definition;"Rich Club" = without debt or mortgage.
My friends D. C. in Taiwan have been long in the "Rich" club
and now enjoying their senior life without financial burden.
As for my American friends here, both of C. B. had been
long time member of "Rich" club and enjoying their life.

In 2005 after I sold 25 acres parcel land of my property, I paid
off the mortgage over $300,000.00 I had been completely
out of debts.

I became a member of that "Rich Club" myself.
My wife and I ,since then, have never felt better easy in life.
We are still living in a simple life, thrifty not buying what we
can not afford enjoyed every bit of actual no burden life.
You can not imagine how thrill we have been feeling since the
close of Escrow of that deal. What else do you expect in life?
Now, here comes Junior.
This morning he told me that he, too, is going to joint our
"Rich Club"

"What a surprise! How did you do that?"
"This morning I made a few phone call and have all student loan
paid off today."
I did not bother asking his privacy into all details. I know for sure
that after college he was all with his own financial management.
The student loan for 2 years in Michigan MBA amounted about
6 figures. That include Federal student loan and City Bank loan.
He only worked a little bit over one year in the bank. In any case,
he made it and now he is debts free.

Welcome to the "Rich Club" Junior!
