針對台北市政府調查大巨蛋案的後續進度，台北市長柯文哲今天(15日)表示，他堅持程序正義，所謂程序正義，就是要指控別人，就一定要給對方說明機會，所以此案必須要有馬英九總統與財政部前部長李述德的說明，但由於馬總統有豁免權，因此市府決定先請李述德來說明。

台北市政府廉政透明委員會調查大巨蛋案後，建議將馬英九總統移送法務部。台北市長柯文哲15日受訪表示，政風處長14日晚上跟他報告此案，但他認為一定要秉持程序正義，所以必須要有當事人的陳述。

柯文哲指出，因為總統有豁免權，所以先從財政部前部長李述德開始處理，他說：『(原音)你還是要給當事人要有陳述的機會，馬英九是總統，一下子要把他叫來問，好像他有豁免權，不然從李述德開始，後來政風處長給我建議說，我們就給李述德來說明或是書面說明。』
