原要一起拍MV的黃子佼當天因工作不克前往，但靈機一動，問清楚服裝、背景，在家抱愛犬「元氣」自拍對嘴影片，要郭子剪進MV；郭子笑說，黃子佼真的很熱心，直喊身為作詞者，MV怎麼可沒出現，怎樣都要參與。1050930

MV邀恩師、導演王小棣執導，也是王小棣首次幫歌手執導MV，還開金口對嘴唱歌。MV則由政界同志代表呂欣潔、愛滋感染者、身心障礙同志伴侶等17組超過40人入鏡力挺。

當時黃子佼在海外工作，與郭子通電話後創作靈感爆發，花1晚就在飯店寫好歌詞，之後還當起「糾察隊」，猛催郭子錄唱製作進度；郭子表示，黃子佼建議都很有道理，也樂於讓他當糾察隊，兩人首次合作可說是天衣無縫。
