（中央社記者陳政偉台北4日電）「英國藍」被驗出農藥，今早北市知名咖啡店又驗出茉莉花茶殺蟲劑超標，立委高志鵬說，農委會的茶葉雲系統，消費者要登錄成會員才能查詢，最新訊息還是去年12月，如同虛設。

立法院經濟委員會邀請國家發展委員會主任委員杜紫軍、行政院農業委員會官員，針對「行政院國家發展基金對農業生技及創新創業之投資成效」提出專案報告。

民主進步黨立法委員高志鵬質疑，台北市衛生局今天又公布，受到年輕族群歡迎的喜(吉吉)咖啡屋（咖啡弄），其中茉莉花茶也被驗出殺蟲劑三落松超標，農委會之前才跟業者合作要推農業雲，可查閱產品完整生產流程。

高志鵬指出，農委會的「台灣茶葉產地及安全追溯雲端服務系統」，一般消費者根本無法查詢，需要登錄會員。最近出了這麼多茶葉的農藥殘留問題，其中欄目「最新訊息」的最新資料竟然是去年12月15日，是不是應該更謹慎面對問題。

農委會副主委陳文德表示，回去會檢討，會在1個月裡建立農產品產銷履歷，以及農產品檢驗中農藥殘留檢驗的結果查詢。

陳文德說，未來茶葉進口商必須和油品一樣強制登錄，並追蹤流向，掌握進口茶葉品質，同時要求進口茶葉和台灣茶葉必須強制標示。1040504
