星期日親戚請客，免費享受了一餐美食，東西好吃，服務周到，但因為客源主要是鄰近豪宅區 Hillsborough 的 "Old Money"，所以多半是穿著正式的中年人在用餐，未見帥哥美女蹤影，殊為可惜！ 
上菜前，姨丈問表哥對微軟收購雅虎有何看法。姨丈說：他贊同撤換雅虎所有董事會成員 (包括楊致遠) 的"proxy slate"，表哥說：就收購案本身對雅虎投資者來說，這是一項 "Create Shareholder's value" 的交易，楊致遠應該要把公司賣給微軟，他現在必須向股東解釋為何拒絕收購符合雅虎的長遠利益，這是項艱難任務。微軟的股東倒是舒了口氣，因為任何在公司市值以上的收購案都是將財富從購併公司股東手上轉移到被購併公司股東手上，由購併案未破局前微軟股票下跌 ，雅虎股票上揚就可看出...
這些話題我並不熟悉，因此始終緊閉雙唇，豎耳傾聽，隔壁桌似乎都是在談論什麼油價太高的事，並把布希政府罵了一頓。

surrounded by trees and ocean breeze.
Here, pace is slow and time seems like eternity.
It is an ideal location for people like me who live in a big city
and still have a chance to enjoy sunshine and causal life style
with friends and family.
What an enchanting and lovely afternoon this must be
although I know tomorrow will be another busy day.
