The Maxi-Cosi child safety seat Pearl One is suitable for children with a body height between 67 and 105 cm and is to be installed in a rear-facing mode only. This trendy child car seat is certified according to the i-Size norm and complies with the highest safety standards. It can be used only when combined with the FamilyFix One i-Size base. As a child safety seat that follows the infant car seat Rock, the Pearl One i-Size is a major component of the FamilyFix One i-Size concept.

This user-friendly child safety seat will delight you and your child immediately. The innovative "Easy-Out" harness helps fasten and release your child in a quick and easy way. The height of the headrest and the harness can be adjusted easily and simultaneously so that the seat adapts perfectly to the height of your little one.

Please note: The Pearl One i-Size must ONLY be used when combined with the FamilyFix One i-Size base (not included in delivery)!

Additionally, the Isofix connection supplies the safest way to attach the car seat to your car. Visual and acoustic signals indicate that the child safety seat has been installed correctly so that the risk of misuse and improper installation is minimized. In order to supply your child from birth up to an age of four years with maximum safety, the child car seat must be attached to the car in a rear-facing mode. Another feature of the i-Size safety standards is the improved side impact protection that provides even more protection for your little one's head and neck.

台灣反核食解禁公投過關，日本外務大臣河野太郎今天說，對台灣公投結果維持限制日本產食品進口感到非常遺憾，也表示在任何可能選項中，不排除透過世界貿易組織（WTO）的爭端解決機制來解決。

日本放送協會（NHK）報導，台灣24日公民投票結果是贊成票多於反對票，認為應維持對日本福島縣等5縣食品的進口管制。河野太郎今天在參議院外交防衛委員會備詢時說，雖然期待台灣方面能基於科學根據早日解除進口管制，但這樣的結果非常令人遺憾。

河野太郎說，未來將考慮採取所有可能選項作為因應；目前雖然以提供充分的科學根據來推動台灣方面解除進口管制，但在所有的可能選項中，也不排除透過WTO爭端解決機制來解決。

日本2011年發生核子事故，讓許多國家對日本產食品採取進口管制措施，目前還有包括中國、南韓等8個國家和地區維持禁止進口措施；其中，日本政府認為南韓採取的措施已違反國際貿易規則，向WTO提起訴訟。

由中國國民黨副主席郝龍斌提出的反核食公投，主文為「你是否同意政府維持禁止開放日本福島311核災相關地區，包括福島與周遭4縣市（茨城、櫪木、群馬、千葉）等地區農產品及食品進口？」

根據中央選舉委員會網站資訊，這項公投的同意票數高達779萬1856，遠超過493萬票的通過門檻。約有223萬選民對這項提案投下不同意票。

違建工廠污染農地籲政府速拆除

【台灣醒報記者宋秉謙台北報導】「只要違章工廠設立在非工業用地的籌劃區旁，些微的污染都會讓一塊模範生等級的農地化為烏有。」台灣環境資訊協會秘書長陳瑞賓對於違建工廠不拆除的風險表示擔憂，26日在記者會中呼籲政府，為了農業用地的使用安全，應正視地方違章工廠拆除案、管理工廠用地的編制符合相關法條，包含區域計畫法、都市計畫法與建管法規等多重規範。

台灣地方違章工廠拆除是存在已久的議題，蔡英文總統2016年喊出了「520即報即拆政策」，經過調查後成效仍然不彰。地方政府除了台中市府，在違章查報流程編列的預算都微乎其微、甚至沒有專門人力負責掌握工廠土地使用現況，促使陳瑞賓感嘆，「若連17間書面上的違章工廠拆除都延宕，如何解決後續更多的13萬間違建？」

在場法律人士、環境權保障基金會律師郭鴻儀也說，市府都僅以建築法評估—只要不造成公共安全即不拆除，進而閒置成違章工廠，如此不精確也消極的法律規範應用很難達到土地使用原則、落實中央的專案計畫。

對此，出席記者會的地球公民基金會專員吳其融提出3點改善訴求：其一，完整落實520即報即拆政策，開放資訊透明的平台以供民眾參考違章工廠查報現況，亦呼籲民眾也能積極參與舉報閒置的工廠。其二，地方政府的人力與預算資源編列需符合專案規範。其三，期望中央與經濟部能就地落實「工廠管理輔導法」，以控管地方查報的違章案件，並且針對專案成立跨部會的小組負責。

地方與中央在面對整合性專案時，對於行政命令互有手段次序上的先後實屬常見，但針對擁有破壞農地健康安全的違章工廠工業，環保基金會認為，正視國土空間使用分配，該為最優先的行政命令。陳瑞賓會末表示，「蔡英文總統的520專案能否落實，不論中央或地方都還有一大段進步空間。」
