 The Golden Girls ( 黃金女郎 ) 電視劇主題曲之原唱。
生於1951年的歌手兼作曲家 Andrew Gold 的父母分别是作曲家 Ernest Gold（Exodus）和歌手 Marni Nixon (West Side Story, My Fair Lady, The King & I)。他在二十世纪六十年代與人共同組團 Bryndle，在七十年代他曾同 Linda Ronstadt 與 Art Garfunkel 四處表演。八十年代他還與流行组合Wax一同表演。在二十世纪九十年代，他和 Kenny Edwards，Wendy Woldman以 及 Karla Bonoff 重组了樂隊並發行了Bryndle (1995) House of Silence (2002)。
除了他的四張個人專輯，Andrew Gold (1975), Whats Wrong With This Picture (1976), All This And Heaven Too (1978)和 Wirlwind (1979)——多種樂器演奏家 Gold 還和 Wynonna Judd, Vince Gill, Aaron Neville, Nicollette Larson, Celine Dion, James Taylor, Carly Simon, London Wainwright III, J.D. Souther, 10CC, James Taylor, Ringo Starr, Brian Wilson, Jackson Browne, Don Henley, Diana Ross, Cher, Trisha Yearwood 和 Paul McCartney 一同演出。
