  • 一項類似的決議案曾在2011年2月遭到美國否決，華府這次是否會改變立場仍然未知。當年的提案內容是譴責以色列屯墾屬非法舉動，應立即停止。此案當年在安理會以14票贊成、1票反對遭到否決，而美國正是投下反對票的安理會常任理事國。
