Rochester曾是全美最優的居住城市,又稱Flower City.萍兒在那兒住五年,從唸書,信主,結婚生子,生活非常精彩;也結識了許多好朋友.當初移民多倫多時,我還一把鼻涕,一把眼淚捨不得,在那兒有太多美好的回憶.幸好多倫多開車過去只要三個多小時,所以我們常常去.Rochester的冬季非常長,所以沒地方跑,除了練琴看書,就是逛超級市場.萍兒和老公當初約會的地點就是這家Wegmans. 它裡面可是和一般的supermarket不同,什麼都有,而且都是好貨.它生意越來越大,已經一直朝南擴展.

這家是最大的.以前有個從洛杉機來牧會的牧師,可愛上這家.每個離開Rochester的人,難忘Wegmans.

女人專區.很多到台灣變成名牌貨的,這裡隨手可拿,不會有小姐在旁邊煩.有個新聞說07年初和紅豆食府公子蔡篤清，以及三二行館董座邱泰翰、新婚妻子王君怡，共同代理引進美國專業護膚品牌dermalogica的新產品「全效純植潔顏油PreClease」，紅豆食府準少奶奶林牧潔指出，dermalogica全效純植潔顏油因為含多種質地輕盈的植物油，所以能迅速溶解皮膚表面........哈哈!偷偷跟你說,在這裡也是隨手拿,不必變成名媛就可擁有!可惜那天我沒照.

在台灣也有專櫃的蜜蜂產品.

我一直照...,最後被店員禁止了!真不好意思.
Anyway,這是值得觀光購物的地方,寫著寫著又閒不住,真想開車過境,尼加拉瓜瀑布附近也有Wegmans.

我連相機都懶得帶了，反正在店裡不太敢拍。大多都拍戶外。

這麼喜歡照相， 該去學如何偷拍。 不過被發覺了可就跳到黃河都洗不清了

多倫多有沒有類似的super market?

加拿大是小國怎麼會有如此規模的呢?當初移民過來,
超不習慣.
建議你星期六可來St.Lawrence Market,這是我還喜歡的市場.

你可從405公路過美國關,Military BLVD 的outlet mall附近就有一家,但是規模沒那麼大
具體位子我說不上來,都是直接開去

本來以為大概只有大門招牌的照片，結果一張張什麼櫃都有，實在太強了，看得我又懷念起在美國生活的日子......

前年我去Wegmans，

想拍他們為消費者提供的「免費顧小孩」服務，

被店家出面喝止，

就不敢再拍了。

在美國，

不是每個地方、什麼東西都可以隨便拍，

講法治的地方，

我都盡量不要拍到引起麻煩的鏡頭。

兩天前才從東岸回來  在New Jersey 看到Wegmans 的招牌 

還和先生提起 那時真喜歡這店 

當初(還是20年前)算是高級超市  留學生進去只敢買每週特價品

以前Buffalo 學校附近沒開這家  不知現在如何?

妳從多倫多過國境  應該先到Buffalo 才是

SUNY Buffalo 校本部附近一家店賣的Bufflao wings 至今難忘 (好像在Main Street) 

也不得不讓我對現在所有餐廳賣Buffalo Wings多所挑剔

No,我可以從另一關口進美國,不去水牛城(太遠了),就有Wegmans了
