    勞動部勞動關係司爭議科科長金士平回應，對復興航空無預警大量解僱勞工很遺憾，但昨天已經發公文要求公司給勞工至明年1月22日的薪資；員工勞保高薪低報部分，會請台北市勞保局跟公司配合調查，若有違法，會要求復興航空負起責任，並連同特休假請台北市勞動局依法辦理。
