（中央社記者汪淑芬台北24日電）何煖軒今天中午將正式成為華航董事長，他上午表示，預計下午2時到華航台北分公司抗議現場，親自與罷工的空服員見面溝通。

華航今天上午舉行股東會，預定中午召開臨時董事會，選出何煖軒為華航新任董事長及行政院今天核定的新任總經理謝世謙。

何煖軒表示，董事會中午會討論與工會的談判，由董事會授權他處理，因此決定取消原本在華航桃園總部的記者會，他必須到抗爭現場，親自與罷工的空服員們見面溝通，讓罷工早日落幕。

華航空服員日前經由桃園市空服員職業工會舉行罷工投票，並取得罷工權，工會昨晚突然宣布今天凌晨發動罷工，約200多人到華航在南京東路台北分公司前徹夜抗爭，華航今天也被迫取消67班航班，超過2萬名旅客受影響。1050624
