民進黨在國民年金、老人年金、勞退新制、二代健保、窮困與弱勢救助等社會福利領域政績
卓著，卻不為民眾認知，這是一件很奇怪的事。推測原因，一是統派媒體控制社會認知環境誤導民眾（見本部落格分類「統派媒體控制認知環境」），二是多數民眾
誤以為這些是新時代新事物，即誤以為這些是像手機一樣的新發明，以前沒有現在有，台灣只是趕得上時代，以致於，即使受益民眾亦不將功勞歸於民進黨。此處談
第二原因。

真相並非如此，世界最早的社會保險與社會福利制度在十九世紀就已存在。

德國的鐵血首相俾斯麥在1883就已創立了全民健保制度，在1889年就已創立了全民退休金制度等。

所以，這些絕非新事物。這些制度中國國民黨統治時不是不知，而是不做。

中國國民黨為什麼不做呢？這可以下面幾件具體事例說明：

二、眷村改建在最近9年之內共花費政府預算5167億，也就是當年送一間房子，

三、四十年後即使老榮民已死還再送家屬一間房子，前後一共送兩間房子；與此對比，只給予農民小額貸款的「農舍改建條例」至今還躺在立法院。

四、勞委會服務的對象勞工有七百多萬人，農委會服務的對象農民有一百多萬人，退輔會服務的對象榮民只有三十幾萬人；

但是，直到97年度，勞委會與農委會的預算加起來，只不過比退輔會多個零頭。  

中國國民黨為何不建立社會正義的制度？從上面這些具體的事例我們可得出一個答案：

它所以不做，因為它將社會資源分配給特定族群，根本上，因為它劃分台灣社會為「統治階級」與「被統治階級」，或「特權階級」與「非特權階級」。 

那麼，中國國民黨在台灣究竟做了什麼？它所做的就是把台灣建立成為一個「階級社會」。

中國國民黨在執政時製造社會不公，在失去政權後繼續以立法權維持大部份特權，如果他們復辟，勢必將重建甚至深化台灣的「階級社會」。

   Tha mis-administration, mis-legislation, mis-judiciary
   ......and mis-education in past decades in Taiwan have resulted in the
   current strength of the KMT. Some people may turn to a traditional
   revolution if the elections can do nothing to correct those wrongs and
