媒體報導，柯文哲談到與遠雄集團這些日子以來的爭鋒相對，自認犯錯的地方在於不該和趙藤雄打口水戰，當時應該只要回說，「請趕快通過台灣建築中心的審查」就好，坦言「素人從政就是笨」。

楊舜欽指出，容留人數不是柯文哲說的6萬人，6萬是環評引進人口數，14萬人是建築中心審查的避難人數；另外，遠雄從未說過「以前可以不按圖施工」。市府所稱未按圖施工，起於市府不認102年5月2日通過的圖說，目前已在高等行政法院中審理。
